The Wavelink platform is owned and operated by Wavelink Social LTD. By creating an account, onboarding, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy as a binding agreement with Wavelink Social LTD.
References to "Wavelink," "the Platform," or "we" in product materials and legal documents refer to Wavelink Social LTD unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Scope and User Roles
These Terms apply to all users, including creators, brands, agencies, and authorized team members. Role-specific functionality and obligations may apply depending on account type and campaign participation.
3. Platform Access and Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly. You must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service availability, submit fraudulent performance data, or use the platform in a way that violates applicable law, third-party platform rules, or rights of others.
4. Campaigns, Performance, and Payments
Wavelink Social LTD provides tools for campaign creation, participation, and approvals.
- Campaign terms, deliverables, and approval workflows are defined per campaign.
- Payment models may include pay-once, pay-per-result, milestone-based, or other performance-linked structures.
- Eligibility for payment may depend on verification of campaign outcomes and compliance with campaign terms.
5. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Wavelink may integrate with or process data related to third-party platforms such as TikTok, Meta, and other social or advertising services to support campaign measurement, performance reporting, and related platform features.
Your use of third-party accounts remains subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies. Wavelink Social LTD is not responsible for external platform outages, policy changes, or restrictions imposed by third-party services.
6. Disputes and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wavelink Social LTD's liability is limited to direct damages arising from verified breaches of these Terms and excludes indirect, special, incidental, and consequential damages. Disputes may be handled through the procedures described in campaign agreements, platform policies, or applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
Wavelink Social LTD and its licensors retain all rights to platform software, branding, and related assets. You retain rights to your content, while granting permissions required for platform operations, campaign workflows, and reporting.
8. Updates and Governance
Material updates to these Terms are communicated to users. Continued use of the platform after an effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Prior versions may be retained for compliance and audit purposes.
